Application was made to the Milton Keynes Magistrates Court on Monday 7th December for the issuance of summons against SHRMF in relation to the 5 year late filing of documents at Companies House, and application has been made to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal to commence proceedings against the filer for similar failings over a more than 8 year period. These are not public documents at this time.

High Court - Bristol Registry Claim No: CR-2020-BRS000017

[Amended 4th August 2020] I am a member of the Sir Henry Royce Memorial Foundation - a company limited by guarantee and a registered Charity ("SHRMF") I was a member of  RREC Limited (that also uses the title "The Rolls Royce Enthusiasts Club") from 2010 to 9th April 2020 and on 18th December 2019 was appointed its Finance Director to hold office until its next AGM - I resigned on 9th April 2020.
