The Original Foundation set up by Eric Barrass et al to acquire The Hunt House.

It is not the same as the present SHRMF and had different objects which is why it had to be kept alive for so long as Jane Pedler told the High Court, but has been well and truly and very suddenly buried since then. Cat out of the bag?

Combined with all the other documents (including fraud on Northants Council for Business Rates exemption by the present and past directors if my detailed audit notes on business use were ever to be allowed to surface alongside Jane Pedler's admitted false floor area plans for the lease) it also rather proves that its objects were never charitable and was a very well organised "tax evasion scam" under the old Deeds of Covenant regime to buy The Hunt House and why it needs to be deregistered asap - particularly with yet another proposed change to its objects. 

Should certain RR "owners" etc really be able to continue to evade/avoid Inheritance and Income Tax by continued misrepresentation? Can't be right in this day and age whatever one's political beliefs.

Anyone got a copy of the Transfer Document referenced in those accounts? Would make interesting reading for the present and future members of SHRMF - Jane Pedler knows all about it.


Anyone care to let me have sight of the accounts for 2021 when they are circulated ahead of the AGM in a couple of weeks time? I think they will provide fertile ground for so many questions for the rest of you.
