[Amended 4th August 2020] I am a member of the Sir Henry Royce Memorial Foundation - a company limited by guarantee and a registered Charity ("SHRMF") I was a member of RREC Limited (that also uses the title "The Rolls Royce Enthusiasts Club") from 2010 to 9th April 2020 and on 18th December 2019 was appointed its Finance Director to hold office until its next AGM - I resigned on 9th April 2020. By letter dated 10th February 2020, and in accordance with s116 of the Companies Act 2006, I requested the right to inspect and take a copy of the Register of Members of SHRMF for the purposes set out in the letter.
