It is not the same as the present SHRMF and had different objects which is why it had to be kept alive for so long as Jane Pedler told the High Court, but has been well and truly and very suddenly buried since then.  At the AGM held - virtually - on 30th December 2020 the Directors made unsubstantiated allegations of a plot by many anonymous persons to harm SHRMF. This unparticularised plot is given as their justification for instigating legal proceedings.
