Directors allege plot by unnamed persons to harm SHRMF

 At the AGM held - virtually - on 30th December 2020 the Directors made unsubstantiated allegations of a plot by many anonymous persons to harm SHRMF. This unparticularised plot is given as their justification for instigating legal proceedings. High Court - Bristol Registry Claim No: CR-2020-BRS000017

[Amended 4th August 2020] I am a member of the Sir Henry Royce Memorial Foundation - a company limited by guarantee and a registered Charity ("SHRMF") I was a member of  RREC Limited (that also uses the title "The Rolls Royce Enthusiasts Club") from 2010 to 9th April 2020 and on 18th December 2019 was appointed its Finance Director to hold office until its next AGM - I resigned on 9th April 2020.
