First Court Hearing - Friday 31st July 2020. Order of the Court and URL links to all Documents before the Court.

This hearing was in Open Court and for Directions as to the timing and manner of the trial.
The Court ordered the trial be "virtual" with provision for in-person testimony and cross examination of the retired and then co-opted deponent director of SHRMF, Jane Pedler, and myself.
The trial will be available for the public to view on a to be agreed video-conferencing system with clear instructions as to how the public may access it. SHRMF has previously offered to place such Notice on its website. 
The hearing is to be listed for an entire day.
